This project was originally 2 separate condo units, consolidated during the build. To better fit the Client's needs and lifestyle as a bachelor who enjoys having friends and family over frequently, one unit was redesigned as a living and entertaining space. 

The palette was clean and simple, to give him ample space to fill in with his personal belongings over time, and to keep maintenance easier as well.
