The Client was eager to refresh this old-but-gold condo unit, to suit their fun and funky tastes. A lot of the existing cabinetry (both loose and built-in) were modified and updated to keep costs low where possible but still make an impact.  Despite being a studio unit, different corners were clearly carved out to keep resting, working and entertaining areas separate and distinct.
